   It's actually pretty easy to clean. The place where the ball meets the hook is pretty smooth and doesn't make any sharp corners. I just wish the hook part extended a little further so I can get at some of the deeper spots, but it's pretty much what you want. Don't be too surprised at width of the ball. I feel it's great, personally. It's just wide enough to be a bit daunting for beginners, but it goes inside without pause when warmed up/more experienced.
