Great for warm up, training, quickies, newbies and experienced ff champions. I love these and behave bought like 10 to date lol they don't last forever. I keep an eye on the material and replace at the first sign of thinning. I've heard that if they pop inside its really just more inconvenient than dangerous. Obviously ending your play session, causing extreme gas pains/cramping, but it won't hurt you.
I was initially a little concerned about it traveling too far inside, and held onto the end. It is tapered, but could go inside. After our first time I inspected it more closely and the hose seems to go inside the end and be well secured, so in an emergency you could pull it by the hose if it got too far in.
Afterwards, I started thinking about it and realized that once it's inflated, it can't really travel anywhere.I am still going to do some research, but it makes sense that it's staying in place once inflated.
