Once you realize how it's supposed to go together it does the job wonderfully.
I purchased it to see if I could wear one. I was able to wear the locking ring but the cage was way too small in both diameter and length. If it were a bit longer, I think I could have stuffed myself into it.
It was worth the cost just to see that I could wear the locking ring. Regular cock rings just fall off.
