   This is definitely not for a beginner. Each one of the graduations actually "pops" a little when it is inserted. And that is a little scary. The first few times, I gave up trying to get it in. I even gave up and then came back to it. Now, after getting used to it, I can get it in without too much effort. It feels so strange and amazing. Unlike others, I've never got it to hold inside on its own.
