For an item that is wearable...you definitely don't want to be in public or anywhere that you don't want anyone to know what's going on...as this is very noisy!!! I would've thought it would've been much quieter. However, the vibrations are great...but I couldn't see me using this as a wearable item as originally purchased. Will most likely sit in a drawer.
