The remote will be very handy as it would be inconvenient to have to reach down and find the center button while it's being used.
It's a little larger diameter than I expected, but I'm told it will be fine. The person that said that expressed concern the base may not be wide enough to hold it in securely without the whole thing being 'sucked inside'.
'use a lasso around the base before insertion' was the recommendation- which I think is silly - but will probably do anyway. IF that ever occurs I'll report back, but being inexperienced with such, I'm keeping an open mind.
It does actually feel nice, though I do wish it was a little smaller. You can change the vibration strength/pattern via a button on the bottom, but it's way more convenient to use the handy remote.
Overall, a fun toy to have.
