The toy itself is quite nice but the app isn't user friendly at all and doesn't have the greatest UI or functionality. It doesn't explain it's capabilies and you have to stumble your way through because it doesn't directly tell you how interactive works. As far as the long distance goes, it does work as promised granted the toy needs to be close to your phone like a traditional remote or it won't work. The interactive feature itself has volume issues but other than that it seems fine.
