I watched the video on the website to help me set it up and then attempted my first thigh workout. It is tough! I don't have the strongest legs in the world, so this really makes me work my thighs, inner and outer, as well as my hips.
I also use it to work my biceps, triceps and back by pushing the paddles together with my upper arms. This feels like an almost full-body workout this way, as I am alternating legs, and arms and back with a day in between each.
I'm not that strong so, so far, 3 days a week is enough to make me "feel the burn." Mentally, however, I feel really good knowing that I am doing something good for my body.
I don't always want to pick up this pink torture device 😄, but I know it will get easier the longer I use it. This was a good purchase, and I do enjoy keeping count of my reps and tracking my progress as the days go on. So far, this has been pretty fun because I have never used a thigh master before, so it's like a new toy. All I know is that I want to take better care of myself in every way, so I'm pretty optimistic about sticking with this.

The plus side is that it's fairly easy to change the resistance level without having to deal with a lot of unscrewing and re-screwing, but the downside of it is that the way that feature is built in makes the unit feel less stable while you're using it, because there's no way to tighten it in all the way. The 'paddle' things you're meant to push against don't feel sturdy and wobble/shift a little as you work out. I like it for a quick and simple workout, but I'm not convinced it will last terribly long.
For as sore as this contraption left me, I'm excited to start seeing some results soon.
