Wasn’t sure how well this would work but I definitely feel it! The resistance is at a good level for me at the moment, and has the option to increase difficulty for when I get there! The rep counter is a great feature too! It definitely takes some getting used to and some maneuvering to feel something but keep trying and you’ll get the hang of it!

Useable right out of the box which is nice. No need to worry about errant screws or springs, etc. However, while using it for adduction exercises (bringing both legs together towards the midline) it’s hard to apply precise pressure in the vector of the equipment and thus one end or the other will slide forward/back/down/everywhere. I’m not sure if it would be easier or harder for people with bigger thighs either.
