This works, even if it is a bit fiddly. The tension settings provide an adequate challenge. The design and non-slip nature of the panels definitely make this thigh master more comfortable than the original thigh master. Being able to rotate the panels further adds to the comfort and functionality. If it's comfortable...which it is, we are more likely to stick with using it! The digital display does what it is advertised to do, but it takes two or more presses of the power button to get it to turn on. This is not a concern for me and did not heavily impact my star rating because the machine works well, is priced fairly, and I count my reps. Changing the tension and rotating the panels is a bit fiddly. I hope the video I shared makes it easier for you. I neglected to demonstrate turning the panel in the video, however, all you need to do is follow the steps: secure the machine, press the button, pull up, and then turn the panel.

In the box it shows a couple suggestions on how to use this exerciser and you can adjust the angles on how you want this to be. Will say this though-the display isn’t all that great. It doesn’t want to turn on when I want it to. Doesnt turn off when I want it to. Having a hard time shifting which setting the display is on as well (Timed or calories burned). But I didn’t get this for the display. It’s still usable and I know I need to use it to exercise.
