This is pretty good for getting a thigh workout. I though this was going to help strengthen the pelvic floor, but after loads of research I found out it doesn't. But it still strengthens anything else you want it to, including the inner thighs, or the forearms. I like it ok, but not great. It doesn't feel fully stable whenever I'm using it. I do like that it counts for me, but its not really effortless to use (other than the normal effort, i mean). Its decent. Just be sure it does what you hope it will do. Run a quick google search. Apparently this is not the most effective exercise.

There were no items in the package that were missing, but maybe it is slightly damaged? Or it's just the way it is made? The issue is the slightly recessed digital counter, pressing the on/off button takes a bit of doing if holding it down. Otherwise, everything works. As far as using it for exercise (which is the more important thing), I think it works okay. I'm about 5'6", and the resistance isn't much of a challenge, unless it's being used closer to my crotch, then I feel it working. When that happens, though, it's more difficult to see the digital counter. Despite these issues, I think it's more realistically 4.5 stars than just 4.0.

I love how cute and easy this little machine is. Once it's set up, it's easy to use and adjust the way you need to. The instructions aren't very good but it's pretty self explanatory in it's use. I can't wait to use this when the snow comes and I can't get to the gym!
