Pretty cool piece of equipment. You can use it on different muscles groups not just the thighs it was simple to put together and use but hard to tighten. It has a calorie counter, timer and a rep counter all in one on the screen. Its not the most comfortable feeling when on the skin but I can deal with it. Its been pretty stable so far when using it.

Opened the package and it comes with the leg pads unattached. Easy to attach and they can be moved to fit all body types. The digital counter will take note of every repetition, however it is not used to add tension to the unit, as that is done manually with the pads themselves. For the price it is an easy to use, convenient, and quite effective thigh workout machine.

It does take a little bit of assembly after you open it, but it was easy to do and allows you to configure it to your needs. I love the display! Others I have looked at look similar to this model but without the display. The display is an awesome perk to have! It counts reps, calories burned and is a timer. I have been using it as a way to keep things moving during my pregnancy and definitely plan to continue after I have this baby
