Despite all the ads by a certain blonde actress, I have never tried a thigh machine before, so I didn't know what to expect. I got this to strengthen my legs to make hiking, biking, and other activities easier and less painful. It is very easy to assemble, the instructions are clear, and the device is quite versatile, as it can be used for arm as well as leg exercises. I like that it doesn't need a stretchy band to work and that it has a counter to help my know how many reps I complete. I waited until I liked the features before getting one of these and I am very satisfied with this particular thigh master! Great product!

It took a couple minutes to put it together and it needed about 10 minutes to charge. So far no complaints. It's got a pretty decent resistance so after a few reps you'll start to feel it haha. It have 3 options on the display to track progress; reps, calories burned, or time on it. The "plates" that you attach to either side have a couple adjustments so you can adjust where they go to be most comfortable.

This small and simple looking machine has much more work put into it than what is seen by the eye. The machine comes with assembly needing to be completed. It may seem intimidating but it is not that bad for the set up. The set up does require proper adjustment when it comes to ensure you place the knobs in positions that work for you. When going back and forth, you need to have a good grip so that when you extend your legs out, you do not lose grip on the equipment. There is so much resistance that you can instantly begin to feel the burn by the thigh master. I loved that just three extensions in, I wanted to keep going because the workout was easy to do while sitting yet required so much work. As long as you get the adjustments going well, I think this items works great as a quick grab and go workout.

I got this "thigh master" type thing because I wanted to see if it would help me burn extra calories and tone my thighs a little, so I wouldn't have to worry as much about those pesky runs that happen in pants when my thighs rub together from walking around too much. So far, it definitely seems to burn calories. Be careful when you first take the wrap off of it, because the arms of the product pop open pretty hard and fast the second the wrap is broken. It probably won't hurt you, but it made me jump quite a bit because I didn't realize it was going to so that. I had to watch the video on the item page to figure out how to put it together because it didn't come with instructions. It was fairly simple to put together once I watched the video. It came with some charge in it, so I could test out the screen. The screen looks/works fine and everything lights up as it should, but it feels and looks sort of like a thick sticker that was stuck onto the product, which seems weird. The product itself seems to be good quality (the only issue was the screen). I tested out all the exercises that the book described and you can definitely feel the burn when you use it. Some of them are surprisingly tricky to get the sides of the product to touch with, which is a good thing. One of the exercises listed wants you to have the screen in kind of an awkward spot, pretty much all up in "your business". If you feel too uncomfortable with that, it's really easy to rotate the side plates so you can reposition the body of it to a more comfortable position- though that will prevent you from seeing the count on the screen. Either way, this seems to definitely burn calories and I will continue using it to see if it creates some good results.
