The only thing I wish you could change is the resistance. It just takes more reps to get any kind of burn, but when your just reading a book or watching a movie, it really doesn’t matter.
If someone is looking for this to get a quick workout in, you might want something that has more resistance so it doesn’t take so long.
For me it works fine because I would just be sitting there anyway.
I’ve tried to use this for my arms and I haven’t found a way that is comfortable to use, but for inner thighs I really like it.
