This reminds me of Suzanne Sommers and her thigh master. I got it because I wanted to use it while watching tv or when I am on the phone. I just want to get a little more exercise in while doing something else. It was easy to assemble and it is lightweight. I also received the exercise band which helps with other exercises. This is good both for men and women. It may be a pastel color, but it really works.

This is good for beginners or intermediate level; it's for people who want a medium intensity. I work from home and I I use it at my desk and it is easy to use and put away in a cloth bin. The shape curves to your legs very easily and makes it extra comfortable. I do recommend using it with long shorts. The tension is a little bit on the lighter side, but I exercise regularly so maybe if you are starting this is a good tool. I really love the stretching tool it came with. I use it for my shoulders back and good posture. Very happy with this product. HIghly recommend
