Assambely was easy and only took a minute. The silicone looks a little bumby but it doesn't effect the product and helps it from slipping and pinching. The petals are small and kind of hurt a little bit, but I have found wearing thicker pants helps. The resistance band is a nice addition even though it's cheaply made. For the price this compact thigh master works pretty well. It might not be the best quality but it certainly gets the job done.

It's easy to assemble and lightweight to carry.
I often use it while looking at my phone. Its resistance is just right for me when I'm just starting out.
It has an adjustable pad Angle, so I can do a lot of different movements with it, and it gives both my thighs and arms a workout. The resistance band allows me to work my hand muscles better.
This is a great purchase for people who want to exercise, and it is the right price!!

My mom had a "thigh master" back in the late 80's early 90's and this is the same idea. You can work out your inner thighs while sitting down and you can definitely feel the burn. I got it because I was curious if it would work and it sure does. It's a simple yet effective device. The resistance band it came with is very lightweight and I could see it being great for someone who has mobility issues or just wants a very easy way to tone their arms lightly. Overall I'm pretty impressed with this product. It's easy to use and works!

This arrived unassembled with no instructions. I had to refer back to the Amazon link to see what it would look like assembled to know how to put it together. It went together easily enough after I figured that part out. Seems durable, doesn't make noises while it's being used.

Compact and adjustable for comfort. The silicon pads for the inner thigh are comfortable. I've been struggling with knee pain which for me is when my outer thigh is getting more work than my inner and it pulls my knee out of whack. Within a few days, I'm already feeling improvement in my knees.
