I love that this is made for women. Let me tell you, men can also get a solid inner thigh workout with this product also. I like that it has a way to increase or decrease the pressure. The directions mention a couple of different things you can do with this, but I found that the stability of the product didn't lend itself easily to these other exercises as well.

The thigh master is easy to use and does what I need it to. If the thigh master had a better locking component, I would give it a 5 star rating. After I insert the pin, the two sides pull apart, and come out of the pin, so the two sides do not lock together.
